The HaSTA/Chevron grant has been discontinued effective March 16, 2016. Thank you for your interest. For further information or to submit your final report, please contact Carina Tagupa at 808-682-2333 or via email at email@example.com. Those who have received grants for the 2015-2016 school year, are still obligated to submit a final report to Chevron.
Grant Report Documents
- A one-page final project report describing the project, successes, highlights, and student learning outcomes (Word document or .pdf) with photographs is due July 1, 2016, or 30 days after completion of your project. Please include the project title, author(s), school name(s), and date at the top of the document. Copies of your receipts and a corresponding list of items with prices purchased for the project should also be included. Reports should be emailed to Carina Tagupa at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additionally, grant awardees of $2500 will present a poster OR break out session at the HaSTA 2016 fall conference. A signed media release is required for every individual who is featured in any of the photographs that you submit. Please see links below. Please email signed (.pdf) waivers to the HaSTA Chevron Grant Liaison. If you are unable to email the documents, please send an email to the HaSTA Chevron Grant Liaison for alternate delivery.
